Good job today Teena. :) Just be careful, k? Remember you had those HUGE weeks back in December after a really big, year-long running season, so you're body is just taking a break. It doesn't mean you're going to slow down once the races start coming, I promise. :)

Lookin' good. Glad that you felt ok.

Brooke~

Okay ... I will be careful!!! :) :) :)

Matt~

Not exactly where I thought I would be ... but making some progress and plan on giving you a run for your money at UVM. (Ogden will be more of a "finish this but don't get hurt" race for me!)

Tim~

That seems to be a repeated theme on my blog ... I will listen and take it easy (somewhat). :)

Rachel~

If I am being completely truthful I can't say that the miles felt "good." Not yet, at least. However, my leg feels better today than it has in a couple of weeks. I just need to remember to keep my miles below my pain threshold. I know where that is ... I just need to be disciplined enough to do it. :)
