Bike: 20 miles/76:36. Hill training. (30 minutes Kilamanjaro/7, 30 minutes random/5, 16:36/cardio w/THR 146) My legs felt kind of jello-y at the end. Run: 5 miles/8:34. Was more than happy to take it relatively easy. I think I will like these new shoes as well. :) ST:FB/plyo
