I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

3.25 miles in the morning on the treadmill.  Time was 32:30  Same as I usually do.  Got to go buy a new car seat today the insurance is sending someone out to pick up the one I had.  I guess if a car seat has been in an accident no matter how serious it is it has to be disposed of and buy new per the law.  So I am headed back to St George again today.

I am sorry about your car. I didn't even know about the accident. What happened? Sounds like you are ok, thats good. Good job with your miles this week. YOu are doing awesome!

You've been doing great on your training this week- even with having to deal with car accident mess. GREAT JOB! I hope they get your car taken care of quickly! Been there, what a pain! Good luck Saturday (maybe I'll see you up there!)
