Ran 2 miles pushing Jarren in the stroller. I was waiting a bit for it to warm up but I waited a bit long. It was really warm out there. Nice run but man I am out of shape. I was struggling the last bit. Time: 22:30 I did not get out yesterday the wind was blowing really hard all day. So my desire to run was pretty much shot. I would like to start a good healthy diet to shed a few pounds. But I really don't know where to start. Any guidance would be great to hear! |

| | A lot of the streets were blocked off in this town due to resurfacing. So I have to come up with a different route to run. I ran 2.15 miles pushing Jarren in the stroller. I wanted to go a bit more but the little guy was upset I was going a different way and was worried we were going to get lost. LOL!!! Time: 24:53 ( I had to walk up a hill because I was over heating) It was already 70* at 9:30 am!!! Not that I am complaining because I love the heat just not running in it. |

| | Jogged 2 of the 3 miles today. Took Jansen to school and then finished the loop with Jarren in the stroller. Decided to try jogging again. It felt pretty good but I took it easy and listened to my body. Went to my maternal fetal medicine specialist yesterday. Appointment went good. I may not have the blood condition--antiphospholipid syndrome that the ob referred me to them for. They are doing blood work to determine it. So that is good. Ultrasound looked good but Baby Ence was still too small to determine gender this time. Shucks!! |
| |
