2.5 on the treadmill in the morning. 2 miles at 12:00 pace .5 mile 15:00 pace cool down. I wrapped my knee it did pretty good until the last 1/4 mile and then I could really feel it starting to stiffen and popping. I will now go ice it for a while and see what it brings the rest of the day. I hope I did not do too much. |
