Some ol' route after dropping Jansen off at school. Stopped at the goat field for a minute. Almost got hit by a car 3 different times. Time: 26:14 I did take the garmen today just to make sure it really was a 2.5 route and it is. Splits: 10:58/10:13/5:00 A bit slow but I was pushing the stroller which happened to get a flat in the middle of mile 1 plus dodging the cars that don't want to stop at stop signs slowed me down some too. But over all good run. Went out with Dustin tonight and ran our La Verkin 5 K loop. Was not planning to run again but it was good to get out and run with him. Time: 30:37 Splits: 10:26/9:22/9:45/1:02
