I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

No run at all today.  I finally took Jarren to the doctor since he has been sick over a week.  He has 2 ear infections again.  This makes 5 since Dec.  Then we had a BBQ/Swimming birthday party for my cousins daughter over in St George.  That took the whole night and now I really don't feel like getting out and running.
