I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

3.25 in the morning on the treadmill. Time 32.30 10:00 pace. My neck was hurting some maybe from my car accident?? But I felt good over all.

1 more mile in the early afternoon.  Ran with Jarren in the stroller to pick Jansen up from school.  .5 mile to the school Time 4:20   .5 mile back from the school with Jansen jogging along  Time 6:00   Total time 10:20
