I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

2 miles in the evening.  Ran with Dustin pushing Jarren in the stroller to the fire hydrant on 300 West.  Time 9:35 / 9:14=18:49  First time running without wrapping my knee.  It felt good no pain.  It also felt good to get out and run after a good weekend of fast food and snacking on junk.
