OK! I got a little carried away listening to our new Toby Keith CD we bought. 3.5 miles in the morning on the treadmill slow and easy. 3.25 miles at 12:00 pace .25 miles at 15:00 pace. I wrapped my knee and took 2- ibuprofen. It felt pretty good the entire run. I never have put this info when I run on the treadmill but the incline is 1.5 that is as low as our treadmill goes and that is what I have always had it at. I am going to ice my knee for sure.

Decided to take Jarren out in the stroller this afternoon. 2 miles ran to my parents and back in the blazing 85* heat. Times if my stroller timer worked right. 8:47 9:28 Not bad if it was working right. Knee felt pretty good I did not wrap it this time out. It was good to get out though and enjoy the sunshine.

Good job, how is Jarren feeling? I think I will go for a longer run after school tonight since I'm not doing driver's ed. That is if the calf doesn't start bothering me.

Good job with the miles, especially with the knee! It's always nice (and for me necessary) to have something keeping your mind off of running while you are running!

I'm a little late, but welcome to the blog!!!! Running with a stroller in 85 degree heat - impressive! Lybi (my sister) did that last summer/fall and she was able to really improve her running, and she got some great looking arms too. Gotta love that fringe benefit!

Hmmm. That's weird that my "welcome" became a hyperlink. Well, I guess you get an extra, special WELCOME, huh? ;o)
