I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

Holy Hot!!!! Its going to be a hot one today!!! Did 3.1 miles in the hot morning with Jarren in the stroller. Went to the school dropped Jansen off at school and went North on Main down to Farmer's over to 300 West down the Overlook back to 300 West over to Center up to 400 West then back home. I has Jansen jog to school so that was a bit slow that stretch. Time: 31:12 11:00/10:00/10:12

Good job making Jansen jog to school. I think he has the potential to be a really good runner when he gets a bit older. Don't want to push him too much too early.

Your name fits well with the weather you get down that way! Good job! Running in the hot is harder than running in the cold in my opinion!
