Ran on treadmill at U of U field house. Was nice to push the pace rather than trudge through snow today. I still have some speed, I guess, but not sure if the treadmills were calibrated properly. 7.5 miles in 50:30 (about 6:45 pace, I think).

2 miles on the elliptical. Was actually somewhat pleasant.

Ran on the BYU Indoor Track. Brought back a lot of memories from high school. I thought my coach was going to walk out any minute.

Each lap is 1/5 mile. I ran intervals of 1 lap, 2 laps, 3, 2, 3, 2, 1. One lap rest in between. The fastest was 66 seconds on the last one. Average lap speed on the others was 71-76 seconds. Not that fast. I was a little disappointed, but I guess it's important to remember that I was running by myself, and it was the first track workout in a long while. Hopefully I can do this once a week.

3 miles on my Palisade Dr loop. No watch. I felt great.

12 miles on a loop through the east bench of Provo and back on University Parkway. It was good to get some challenging hills, but they were easier than I remember them being when I used to run them in high school.

This was the longest run I've done since the TOU half marathon.

30 miles for the week. My best mileage week in a long time. As sad as that may sound.
