Ran on the BYU Indoor Track. Brought back a lot of memories from high school. I thought my coach was going to walk out any minute. Each lap is 1/5 mile. I ran intervals of 1 lap, 2 laps, 3, 2, 3, 2, 1. One lap rest in between. The fastest was 66 seconds on the last one. Average lap speed on the others was 71-76 seconds. Not that fast. I was a little disappointed, but I guess it's important to remember that I was running by myself, and it was the first track workout in a long while. Hopefully I can do this once a week. |
