Split my mileage into two separate runs. The first was an 8 miler on the Jordan River Parkway. Averaged 7:43 pace, which I was happy with. The second part was 6 miles on the treadmill. I felt good, so I pushed the pace. I think I averaged about 7:45 pace. I feel good about it. This was another solid week of training for me. 42 miles. My body is handling it well. I am now on an ultra team for the Wasatch Back Relay. Looks like I have a couple of challenging legs. That's good. |
