Ran 6.91 miles on the treadmill in 52 minutes. It was a pretty good interval workout. I can't believe that it took me until today to reach 300 miles this year. Hopefully I'll run the next 300 in less time.

6 miles easy on the treadmill. Experimented with the heart rate workout. I think it will be a good one to use for hills. My calves are sore from hills yesterday.

I have a variable-pace tempo workout programmed into my treadmill. I ran 5.8 miles in 42 minutes and then did a cooldown. I can tell I'm getting stronger. 8.5 mph is starting to feel much easier. And 9.0 is bearable but still hard to maintain. It's fun to see progress.

Ran a nice 4 miler near the Thanksgiving Point golf course. Pushed the pace. 6:59/mile.

Split my mileage into two separate runs. The first was an 8 miler on the Jordan River Parkway. Averaged 7:43 pace, which I was happy with. The second part was 6 miles on the treadmill. I felt good, so I pushed the pace. I think I averaged about 7:45 pace. I feel good about it.

This was another solid week of training for me. 42 miles. My body is handling it well.

I am now on an ultra team for the Wasatch Back Relay. Looks like I have a couple of challenging legs. That's good.
