I decided to try doing the interval workout on my treadmill for the second day in a row, and I was able to. I must be getting some of my conditioning back. I want to see how many miles I can get this week. My goal is at least 20.
I am proud of myself. I did my workout in the morning because I knew the day would be busy. I ran enough to reach my goal of 20 miles for the week. That included 3 solid workouts.
And I signed up for St. George Marathon today. Hopefully I get in!
