Didn't feel like running in the morning, so I ran tonight at 10:45 pm. Finished around midnight. Felt really great and got a nice 10 miler in 74 minutes. I'm feeling as fit as I have all year. The main thing I'm missing is the long runs and consistent mileage. That's missing a lot. But I am more fit than I have been all year. This next week I'll run some medium mileage the first half and then take it easy before St. George on Saturday. |
