I ran over to Canyon Road and up on a trail by the mouth of Provo Canyon. It was fun to explore, and the weather was perfect. The sights and smells reminded me of high school cross country. 7.75 miles in 1:05. Not a fast pace, but one of the longer training runs I've had in awhile.

Funny how certain smells take you back to high school cross country. I love that.
