Hill workout on the treadmill. 1 mile warmup. 8.6 miles at 7 minute pace. First half was at Level 8. I couldn't hold it after that, so I moved it down to Level 1 and barely was able to hold that. But fortunately kept it at 7 minute pace. Finished with short cooldown. This workout was a bear. It really hammered me. But hopefully it will help with speed endurance. |
