| Ran a 5.5 mile run in the Desert Reserve. Then ran over to Snow Canyon Pkwy for my hill repeats. Hill Repeats - .30 mile hill - Elevation at Start 2829ft, Finish Elev. 3038 - 1. 1:44 - Felt like I started off pretty slow and thought I was going slower than last week. 2. 1:45 3. 1:51 - Started to have some good, strong and intense intestinal issues. 4. 1:48 - A little more mentally prepared since it was my last repeat. Each repeat my heart rate was between 25-27 at the end and I started each repeat except the first at 21. My heart rate dropped down today faster than Tues. Ran a 1.2 mile "cool down". |

| 5 miles in the Reserve this morning. Just in-case you haven't heard Running Club Tonight is at 5:15 pm due to the time change over the weekend. Ran with the group tonight. I'm happy to see our women's group slowly growing. We ran almost 6 miles. 1 mile around the park, up to Skyline Dr., around the trail and back down to the park. Dave and I pushed for the last 3/4 mile and came in before Bill and Clyde, good thing they didn't know we were in front of them. |

| Easy 5 Miles in the reserve. I'm planning on running mile repeats at Worthen Park @ 5pm today. Everyone is more than welcome. Dustin and I ran mile repeats tonight at Worthen Park. We decided to start off between 5:30 - 5:40. I wanted to make sure I didn't crash like I did last week with Clyde. 1 mile warm-up 1. 5:35 - HR at end of 600 cool-down, 21. 2. 5:30 - HR after cool down, 21. 3. 5:25 - My stomach started turning a little the last 200M. HR at cool down 23. 4. 5:17 - Stomach started turning last 400m. Forgot to measure HR. 1 mile cool down at end. Overall I was pleased with my results. I think I ran much smarter this week. I was please that my HR was down significantly from last week as well. |

| Ran with Bill and Clyde over to Pine View HS. Dave was having his kids run laps for a fund raiser. I think they ended up running 110 miles. Pretty fun run. Kept a pretty good pace on the track. |

| Bill and I kicked butt last night at Worthen Park. Mile repeats once again for the 3rd week in a row. We did 4, 1 mile repeats. 1 mile warm up. 1. 5:42 - legs were having a hard time getting moving. 2. 5:35 3. 5:30 4: 5:25 1 mile cool down. Clyde showed up and ran the last 800 cool down with us. |
