I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Bill and I kicked butt last night at Worthen Park. Mile repeats once again for the 3rd week in a row.

We did 4, 1 mile repeats.

1 mile warm up.

1. 5:42 - legs were having a hard time getting moving.

2. 5:35

3. 5:30

4: 5:25

1 mile cool down. Clyde showed up and ran the last 800 cool down with us.

Nice job on the repeats. Times look similar to last week for you. Sorry I missed it. Since I was planning miles it would have worked out perfect. But we were trying to get the house ready to show today.

Looks like Bill wants to go at 4 on Thursday -- That is good with me.
