Ran a 5.5 mile run in the Desert Reserve. Then ran over to Snow Canyon Pkwy for my hill repeats. Hill Repeats - .30 mile hill - Elevation at Start 2829ft, Finish Elev. 3038 - 1. 1:44 - Felt like I started off pretty slow and thought I was going slower than last week. 2. 1:45 3. 1:51 - Started to have some good, strong and intense intestinal issues. 4. 1:48 - A little more mentally prepared since it was my last repeat. Each repeat my heart rate was between 25-27 at the end and I started each repeat except the first at 21. My heart rate dropped down today faster than Tues. Ran a 1.2 mile "cool down". |
