Easy 5 Miles in the reserve.

I'm planning on running mile repeats at Worthen Park @ 5pm today. Everyone is more than welcome.

Dustin and I ran mile repeats tonight at Worthen Park. We decided to start off between 5:30 - 5:40. I wanted to make sure I didn't crash like I did last week with Clyde.

1 mile warm-up

1. 5:35 - HR at end of 600 cool-down, 21.

2. 5:30 - HR after cool down, 21.

3. 5:25 - My stomach started turning a little the last 200M. HR at cool down 23.

4. 5:17 - Stomach started turning last 400m. Forgot to measure HR.

1 mile cool down at end. Overall I was pleased with my results. I think I ran much smarter this week. I was please that my HR was down significantly from last week as well.

Your speed work is looking good. Sorry I missed your message. I just took it an easy 6 anyway because of my blisters.
