AM - Ran to the store this morning. A little overcast, but a bit warmer than it has been. Hami really bugging me. I just couldn't seem to ever get going. 9 miles.

PM - Ran home from the store and met the family at the confluence trail head and ran back with Kendra the last 2+ miles and the kids rode their bikes. Fun times! 9miles
