I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Went and met-up with  Clyde and Dustin this morning at the PVHS track.  I didn't get much sleep last night so I was a little hesitant doing speed. However I think it turned out fine - exspecially compared to last years 800's at this time of year (my 800's from last year).

Yes, you are definitely in better shape. Try to figure out a way to sleep more, though. Remember it is the beds, not the miles, that make champions. Miles only get them ready for bed.
