Hi Steve,

Hope your feeling better. I was pretty hashed after Saturday. I felt Pretty good this morning. Kendra was running pretty good this morning. Who was a good looking guy she was running with?

I have the same problem waiting to run when it cools off, then not being able to go to sleep. I also then struggle the next morning getting up and getting a run in.

You are doing awesome with your mileage. Keep it up. I don't miss running down in St. George at this time of year! It does get really hot!
