I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

 AM - Good workout this morning with the club. I think we had about 60 people this morning. Track flow was great - except for the walker that decided to walk in lane 1. We did 16x400M W/ 200m rest. I was able to keep it a nice consistent pace.  My goal was to keep it at 75 sec.
 I felt like I could have done 20 if I had to - but I was glad the workout was over.
