Morning track work with the Tues.  morning group - Mike, Michael, Carl, Josh, Stacy, Shirley, Rich and Myself. Took it pretty easy just about Marathon Pace 5:50-6:00 pace for 3x800.

Tonight I'm getting in another 7 helping Kendra with her speed W/O @ DSC.

Went with Kendra and helped her with her speed work out at the College. 3x800 @ 7:24-:32 pace.  I was able to get in a couple solid miles in at 6:15-6:30 pace. Most of the run for me was between 7:30 and 8:00.

Hi Steve,

Feels ok. I am a little sore but the feet seem to be holding up. I ran with out the inserts last night just to see if the feet would hold up. Feet felt fine. I feel like i am running slow. not sure why? I feel tired! Legs hurt. muscle pains. joints seem to be ok.

I'll ask Holt what he thinks at practice on Thurs morning. Also, I happen to need new shoes a lot, so it will be nice to not have to pay so much! SWEET!

I want to keep my miles above 70 for the entire summer. I think with running twice a day, this will be possible. I want to hit a couple 90 mile weeks and possibly throw in a 100 just to say I did it. I have never run 100 miles in one week. Keep up the great training!
