I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
Steve I'm so exited that your able to be out running again! I wouldn't mind doing so speed work, however I don't think I should this week before the race on Friday morning. I'll run big Mon, Tues, then I'll taper back on Wed, Thurs. So I don't know where I'd fit in any speed stuff. I'd like to be ready to for the race- I haven't raced for a while and would like to see where I'm at.

Great people and great athletes realize early in their lives their destiny, and accept it. Even if they do not consciously realize the how, the where, the what.
