Great run with the St. George Running Club last night from the running store. Did the Sunbrook course with the extension over to Snow Canyon Prkwy. We had a few High School guys who really pushed the pace from the very beginning. I was happy that the first 2.5 miles were down hill so I could get warmed up a little. My lower abdominal have really been bugging me and it takes about 2-3 miles before they stop aching. Nice steady pace the whole way. Dave and I picked it up a little at the end until my Bajio Lunch decided to say -"HELLO"!

We still haven't met but I look forward to running with you sometime down the road. For the link to your store, I can get there but I can't navigate on it? Is it up and running or still just a template? Have a asked you this before. I'm having the strangest sense of déjà vu while I type this.

The girls shirts should be in tomorrow. We have singlets and T's. Let me know what you would like and we'll get one to you. In the next few day's they should be posted on the website.
