There! I finally blogged.
I have been fighting with my emotions about the marathon. Yup, I need to get over it. But at least I blogged today.
ARC trainer. I about killed myself with this workout. 60 minutes of interval training. Level 10.
5 slow miles of climbing. I was planning to go about 10 miles but my belly had other plans.
Stopped into the class @ 1700 hrs.
30 killer minutes on the ARC trainer.
5 miles at an intense speed.
7 slow miles up a small mountain. 1500 ft of climbing.
Little bit of weight lifting.
Went to the gymnasium with the sweet husband today. I ran 5 miles on the TM in 37 min. 30 min on the ARC.
He made me a delicious pancake breakfast when we got home. I am happy I get to have him home this weekend. :)
