Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

6 miles with the girls around the base in the afternoon.  Felt gross because of the large quantities of chocolate I ate.

7 miles with the girls around the base.  So much stop and go.  Today I feared I was going to get slower because I have been running slower.  I must make sure that I am still getting in my faster pace workouts.

5 miles on the TM at a fast pace.

I actually tried really hard to do a speed session on the TM and it didn't work out :(.  Speed=morning Rebecca.  I need to try and run these harder speed sessions before I eat anything.  I was feeling great (my legs), but my stomach would not cooperate!

Dorked around the weight room instead.... Did plenty arm rep things.  Let's face it, I pretend I know what I'm doing until something burns in my muscles and I move on.

14 slow ones.  Girls are gaining more endurance and becoming stronger.  I am gaining a lot of miles and less speed... :\

Told them today I would rather run with people than alone, even if it does destroy my speed for the moment.  I have found my body is much more able to produce more mileage when I don't run so mad lady like...

1 mile warm up to the gym with the Mr.  4 miles on the TM...Every quarter mile was at a 6:30 pace with an 8:35 1/4 mile between each rep.  

Did weights until my quads were completely fatigued.  

Tried to run home...
