I actually tried really hard to do a speed session on the TM and it didn't work out :(. Speed=morning Rebecca. I need to try and run these harder speed sessions before I eat anything. I was feeling great (my legs), but my stomach would not cooperate! Dorked around the weight room instead.... Did plenty arm rep things. Let's face it, I pretend I know what I'm doing until something burns in my muscles and I move on.
