Rachelle and Carina, I only did a mile on Suncrest, so it was not a big deal. I do miss the days I would run SOME of Suncrest. That hill and I have stories.
RAD, Wait to see me finish??? Ummm no, you better be RUNNING with me at the finish, not WATCHING me finish. The taper is going fabulous! Tapers still mentally frustrate me. I tend to forget about all of the hard training runs I have done to have gotten to this point.
