Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Ca-ching...under 7 baby!!! Woo hoo. It is gonna be hard after tbis year to watch all you sprong chickens taking flight while i take a nose dive ;) and stay in my nest. Some spring analogy going on. Seriously though. Way to go girl :)

Julie, Thank you so much! These TM workouts are not like the road at all, but I get a lot of self-confidence when I do them. Just wait till I get back to Utah to train, that will put me in slow motion. I love the feeling of running at 900 feet in Texas. That won't last long.

Thanks Kam. I am trying to add .25 to this workout every week. So strange how it feels SO easy. I should also put the incline up next time, that will do it.
