Track Thursdays. 3 mile warm up on track. Ran the straights, jogged the curves for 3.25 miles. I just about died! How will I ever be able to do 400s, let alone 800s?? TM: One minute @ 7.0, 1 min @ 10, repeated 8X. Death death death!!! 1 mile cool down. Stretches and some ABS. I have a long way to go until I get wherever I'm getting to. |
