Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Track Thursdays. 

3 mile warm up on track.

Ran the straights, jogged the curves for 3.25 miles.  I just about died!  How will I ever be able to do 400s, let alone 800s??

TM: One minute @ 7.0, 1 min @ 10, repeated 8X. Death death death!!!

1 mile cool down.

Stretches and some ABS.  I have a long way to go until I get wherever I'm getting to.

Kam, I want to start timing 400s and 800s. It hurts running the straights and jogging the turns at this point. I get major anxiety when I am on the track and it scares me for some reason. I am doing UVM and I need to get these track workouts going.
