AP-8:57. Splits- 9:23, 9:42, 9:36, 8:58, 8:27, 8:27, 8:29, 8:40, 8:49. .5 mile walk to cool down. Nice run! I felt great when I was done. Tried a new gps app on my phone and I hated it- it showed me running .5 miles farther than my garmin did, therefore my paces recorded faster. I wish the adidas micoach app was available on the android market. O well I guess i'll keep looking for something I like and keep wearing my garmin. |
