12.75 miles in the bank on Monday morning- After a big week last week of 84.20 miles I am going to ease off a little this week and hold things to 70sh and let the legs rest a bit. Boston training is going great so far, I just wish it was sooner....
Went our very slow this morning and didn't want to push anythin, just get the mileage in. I started the first 3 miles @ 9:05 pace, very slow, then just got into a groove around 8;20 and then hit it a bit harder to the end with a couple of miles @ 7:10 pace to have a 8:20 average for the run.
