Miles on the course. Went up with the 2 Juatin's this morning- 46 degrees at the start- Went out easy and just wanted to maintain an even effort- Didn't look at garmin until completed. I was hoping to run at 7:30 average pace-   7:28 was my average- Felt good at the end of this run, legs were strong
