AM: ran out on the path to River Road then over to the Chevron to Larkspur Park then back tracked and headed through Bloomington Hills to Brigham Road to home by way of Man o ward road-

12.25 miles- perfect temps! Did my Boston Hill workout today and was able to keep my overall pace @ 7:52 which included my first 2 miles that were my warmup miles.
