AM 8 1/2 miles out and back on the path- warmed up at 8:40 pace for 1 1/2 miles then started a marathon pace or under run to the finish. Overall pace was 7:39 so I accomplished my goal- I need to run 7:49 to meet my goal of PR @ 3:25:00---I felt very relaxed running 7:40 pace and under that wasn't hard just a bit more focused is all. |
