| | A windy and moist run around Bloomington Drive. I just focused on keeping the legs moving. Not worrying about the speed at all. This ended up being a nice run but I am sweating like crazy. Rain is close by and sprinkles were coming down but the wind really slap me around. 8:14 pace |

| | Longer run late morning. Over Tonaquint to Dixie center to home. My goal was to run non stop to the Dixie Center.....I kept going and finished the complete run without stopping. # runs this week without a break. This is feeling better at least mentally. My left lower calf is very sore and needs some attention. Stretching hasn't seemed to help much. 8:35 average |

| | Started at the top of Snow Canyon and ran 3 warmup miles along the trail coming back to the top of Snow Canyon. Met up with Mike, Steve, Dustin and others. We ran down to Sunset and over to Mike's home. Relay for Life 2010 (50.25 Miles) 12:30:00, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | |
Ran my own race----------I ran 50 1/4 miles at the Relay for Life. Ended up getting blisters on both feet..... As of now, Sunday evening my body feels great, nothing is sore except the stupid blisters. I realized today that I finally got my 50 mile run in for the 50th year of my life!

| | Finally got out for a run after the 50 miles last Saturday. Lower calf on the left leg, no surprise is buggered up. Started off with a fast pace walk and then moved into a good slow pace after a warm up. After the run I decided to go have the calf looked at. I ended up getting the calf/ achilles scrapped and then a good massage. Hopefully this will begin a good healing process. I am going back in Monday to do the same thing.

| | Easy 6 mile run 8:17 pace. Very windy so that made some of the running a bit difficult. Not bad considering the scrapping yesterday. |

| | Met up with Mike, Bad boy Bill and Chad. They were running 20 and I was a wimp and went for 11.50. I was dropped off a couple of miles above Diamond Valley. Leg hurts like heck so I took it very easy. Forgot to take my Ibuprofen so that basically sucked. I never really could get a good pace going because of the nagging pain in the left leg. I ran the first 8 1/2 miles before stopping for my water. Then finished out the run. I ended up with a 8:32 average pace. Actually with the pain in the leg I felt very good about the run. |
