| | Noon run to the Dixie Center. I just needed to get outside. Yesterday was a tough day sending my daughter off for an 18 month mission. I decided to do more of a short burst speed run. Basically I was running anywhere from .10 to .50 mile sections with walking in between. Out of the 5.40 overall mileage I ran a little over 4 with the reset being fast recover walks. 7:05/ 6:47/ 6:23/ 6:48 overall running average 6:46

| | Easy run over Tonaquint to Dixie Center and home. Planned on 8:30-9:00 pace Ended up 8:46/ 8:29/ 7:56/ 8:10/ 7:49/ 7:33/ 7:19 Average pace 8:09 Shin is a bit sore and the ham is still at maybe 85%

| | Got out 1/2 mile and had to turn around. The legs are feeling like they want to go for a good long run but the mouth says NO! Looks like a root canal is going to be in order- possibly a second as well.....no running till that is taken care of. DAMN |

| | 2 short 1.25 mile runs around Bloomington. Difficult to run with the tooth pain. As I get going and the breathing get harder the tooth fires up. Legs are however feeling much better with the rest---silver lining to the tooth pain! 7:40/ 7:25/ 6:53 7:26 average

an to Dixie Center and back. Feels good to be running. My endurance is way off now. I hope I can build it up from here. Next week is nothing but preparing for my daughters wedding.....not much running till the week after. Not enough time to get ready for a half marathon..... can't decide whether to run Moab half or stay home and run the Spectrum 10k. 7:33 average pace
