7 mile 50% on Main Street at 7:19 average then 10x100m strides. Finished to 8. My quads are still feeling it.

Weights later.

Also, my shoulder has been hurting since last Thursday/Friday, it has been a little painful to run but luckily arms aren’t as necessary as legs. Then in weights Coach I pressed on my back (my rotator cuff I guess) and had me twist my arm for a while, it feels so much better! Like wow. I’m amazed. It’s still a little painful but comparatively it feels 10x better. I guess I’ll have to be more careful in my coaching class haha. We played badminton last week and I think that’s what did it.

Woah! This is wierd, my cousin Addi is currently having the same problem. Does it bug you when you run?

Oh interesting! Yeah I haven’t been able to bring my arm back as far as usual because that’s painful. I felt it in my arm on Friday during the speed but it’s originating from my back/shoulder.

Huh that’s interesting cuz that’s then same as her running wise

Oh that’s not fun! Yeah I injured my rotator cuff. If it’s the same as what I’m feeling then you should tell her to look into myofascial release! That’s what Coach I did, found the point where it hurt most and pressed on it while I twisted my arm. He stopped when it started to tighten up again though so don’t overdo it haha.
