Long run. Nice and long. we did the cemetery run where you go through sugarhouse park and on tons of streets and do a lap in the cemetery and go back a different way. Like how i'm SUPER descriptive? haha yeah we were talking about this on the run. It's a hard one to memorize.

Well, I was feeling okayish today, but super tired. So I don't know how I pulled off this run. I was able to keep up with the group for the most part (very surprising! I suck at long runs) I started to crash at the 6 mile mark i think it was. Somewhere in the cemetery. Nice and muddy along one of those roads in there. I'm sad that it got my running tights all dirty. I just washed them. and i have only one pair. They are on my list for shopping. Along with a watch.

Well, once we got out of the cemetery, I started to fell a bit behind. Bill stayed back with me. I'm really glad he was there, or I would've let myself crash so much worse (Thank you Bill!!!!) He made me stay right next to him. I was able to do it all the way until 13th and a little bit along 13th. I was just worn out. Did I say that it was super long? Well, it was. I've never done an 11 miler before. I've done a few 10s (all within the past couple weeks, might i add), and a 12 (yes, within the past couple weeks), but never an 11. I fell back from Bill, and he and Abigail (who passed me along 13th) made a light that I didn't, and it was a lot harder without someone there to push me.

Why is it that some days you're ready for a shorter run, but it's actually a long run that day, and others you're ready for a long run, but it's actually 4 miles? This question popped up in my head along the run.
