We did a big grass loop warmup, then 3x800s (2:49, 2:59, 3:01)on the track w/o stopping in between, only 300m jog between. Then 5 minutes break and 3x400s (1:22, 1:21, 1:16) w/o stopping, only  150m jog between. Then big grass loop cool down and stretches.

In PE we ran the mile. I ran it in 5:44. Then after school, we ran Arctic Circle. We (the girls) tried to stay together mostly... so it went really slow.

Meet today! Pre-Region at Snow Canyon! We had to warm up really fast becuase we only had 15 minutes, but I had a GREAT race! I started out strong  with Hannah from Cedar and accidentally took a wrong turn and ran about 20-30 meters extra and had to re-pass about 10 people. But it made me mad, so I ran really fast! PR! 18:46 and first place! Last year: 19:23.

We did a big grass loop warmup, then 2x1200 (4:39, 4:40), jogging 300m between, then 2x800 (3:00, 3:01) jogging 200m between, then 2x400 (1:22, 1:16) jogging 150 between. and it was raining hard on us the whole time! Then a big grass loop cool down.

I didn't go for a run, but I did run along the marathon course a bit and we played Ultimate Frisbee. It was Sadies, so we were extremely busy all day.
