Arctic Circle. (Last morning practice!) In the afternoon, we did some speed work: first we did a big grass loop warmup, then 4x400's w/o stops (1:25, 1:25, 1:25, 1:24) a bigger rest, then 4x200's (38, 38, 38, 37) then big grass loop cool down and partner stretches. I felt like I went slower than I could've/should've gone.
