5:30 pm run with Rhys. Great evening. Ran to Sherwood and back. Rhys didn't complain too much. He's a trooper in the stroller as long as he's got a bottle.

Thanks for the welcome. Hopefully, I can keep up with the blogging. I've kept a running log in the past, but I think this will be easier for me to maintain.

I'll add my welcome. I agree, 3:38 for a first marathon should mean BQ should come with just a little more experience. Good job with your consistency this week.
