0740 - Ran 10 with the gang at the trail. Ran with Dave, Tim, Patrick, and John while I could keep up. Had to drag myself in the last couple miles - my lack of training quite evident today. Nice enough morning, though March has relented to the cold weather again. Temps were probably in the low thirties on the trail. Can't wait for the warm weather so I can get the kids back out and start running on Saturdays again.
