Morning workout and 4 mile run. Thought I'd probably have the gym to myself being a holiday but it was packed !!!

You are Mr. Consistant there Bro Ronnie. I love how you are so so consistant at everything you do! I went over and signed up at the Alta Canyon Sports Center so now I have to get consistant with my workouts....this place has it all including a year round pool and all the other stuff.
